Server upgrade status
MyFirstWebsite has grown faster than we ever expected, and we've outgrown our old servers. This month we're moving every member site, account and photo to a new, larger server facility.
Your website is safe
Published websites stay online for visitors during the whole move. Nothing on your site will be lost.
What's paused during the move
- New sign-ups. Registration will reopen when the move is finished.
- Member log-ins and the editor. You can't make changes to your site until the move is finished.
- Upgrades and billing. Existing Pro and Business plans keep working.
- Contact form and abuse reports. Our forms may be unavailable at times. Please try again later.
- Comment review. Comments and guestbook entries on free sites are still collected, but the review queue is longer than usual. Held comments will appear once they've been reviewed.
